News Worthy

Andy was on the news once again this week because of ongoing flood damage clean-up at The Ledges. Channel 8 once again came up and talked to Andy about a timeframe for opening the canyon and what people can and can't do at the park this spring. Here's a snapshot of the story from our TV.

SPRING BREAK!!!!!

Caleb's first Spring Break started last Monday afternoon. His Grandma Mary came over Monday night and babysat him on Tuesday and Wednesday! They had soooo much fun together playing and laughing.



Then his mommy stayed home all day Thursday and watched him too. Thursday night his Grandma Jean came over for the weekend as well!



On Saturday it was Caleb's Great Grandma Carol's birthday and she came down to Boone to spend the day with him! Here they are as he wishes her happy birthday!



Caleb & his Pa did some bonding as well. Here they are Saturday night watching some of the NCAA basketball tournament from their favorite chairs.





Unfortunately by Saturday, mom wasn't feeling so good. She had nearly lost her voice and was all stuffed up. Her boys are taking good care of her on Sunday though!

Boring Weekend

We were supposed to go to Solon this weekend but Caleb had a bad cold and we decided to keep him home and nurse him back to health. Plus, we didn't want to infect all the pregnant ladies back in Solon with his crud. So we just laid around all weekend here in Boone. We rented a couple movies Friday night, had Trish's Aunt Susan stop by on Saturday, went to church Sunday morning, and Andy finally took down the Christmas lights Sunday too. Caleb pretty much felt like poop all weekend. Running nose, cough, and sneezing. But by Sunday night, he was much improved. We didn't get any good pictures this weekend, except for one of Caleb sleeping in his swing. It was good to rest up for Spring Break this week. Grandma Mary is coming up to watch Caleb Tuesday and Wednesday and Trish has Thursday off! It's going to be crazy!

Laundry

Look what we found in the laundry! He must have been hiding in one of Andy's coat pockets!



Doug, Stacey, and Peyton came over Saturday night to visit too. Here's Peyton and Caleb watching us cook dinner.

Standing

Guess who's 5 months old and standing on his own against the couch? That's right, it's Caleb! This kid is growing like crazy!
