Lazy Saturday

We didn't do much this Saturday. A trip to Sam's in Ames was about the highlight of our day. However, after Caleb's bath, he put on his Hawkeye outfit from Grandma Mary and decided he wanted to watch what was going on from the vantage of the kitchen counter.



Caleb's new favorite toy is his froggy jumper. He spins the eyeballs (which in turn play music) and he grabs the other apendages on this little amphibious jungle gym. He's too little yet to start jumpin' up and down, but he likes it nonetheless. Thanks to the girls at Trish's office for this great gift!

Snow Storm

The snow hit here after midnight on Sunday night and finally tapered off just before lunch on Tuesday. It was a slow, steady snow and we got 8 inches total here.

Who needs a pacifier?

Caleb doesn't!!!

3 Months

Well, Caleb hit the 3 month mark on Christmas Eve and his pa dropped the ball on getting up a post on this milestone. So here it is. Instead of doing pictures from birth through every month, I'm just going to post the previous month and his current picture.

So here's his 2 month picture.


And now 3 months....


His big developments at 3 months include smiling and laughing at just about everyone and everything (unless he's hungry)! He also is beginning to sleep through the night about half the time too!

More Christmas Fun

We went to Missouri Valley over New Year's weekend to celebrate Christmas with Trish's parents.



Caleb got plenty of lap time with his Grandpa Lesher.



His Aunt Tami also came down from northern Wisconsin.



We had a great weekend and THANKS to Grandma & Grandpa Lesher for all their hospitality!
